Own production in Slovenia

Our production process provides customizes projects in addition to our standard product range. This kind of production requires highly qualified skilled workers and quality technological equipment.

The production process is certified under:

• quality standard ISO 9001
• welding standard EN 729/ISO 3834 Part 4

We have obtained the following certificates for the employees to meet the production requirements:

• a test certificate of the international welding specialist IS IWS
• a test certificate for welders EN 287-1 P BW 1.1. S t2.0 PA ss nb
• a test certificate for welder EN 287-1 135 P FW 1.1. S t 2.0 PB sl

In order to meet the requirements of the market and the obtained certificates, we have installed high productive numerically controlled equipment for processing the sheets and painting the products.

With the help of modern equipment and technical knowledge we provide a high level of quality and short delivery times

• We have highly qualified workers and the installed universal machine tools for customized manufacturing and production.


• All integrated materials are approved and certain test certificates are added to the products. This type of production also requires a high ecological awareness by all employees during the technological process.


• For coating the products we use a powder paint without highly volatile solvents.


• Production wastes are sorted and delivered to the authorized waste collector. Waste water from the technological process is removed to the urban waste water treatment plant.
  

Our technological equipment enables us to ensure short delivery times (no longer than 4-5 weeks) and a constantly high level of quality. All manufactured equipment can also be delivered and assembled by us, if desired.
